Faith Fueled Workout Classes

I am passionate about taking care of the bodies (our home) we have been given. In my classes, I will be sure to speak life over you and remind you, that you are a good idea. We do a twist of cardio, light dance moves and aerobics accompanied by upbeat worship and inspirational music. If you are moving your body, you are doing it right.
